While in week 5 of quarantine, I wanted to touch on the perks travel agents have been providing during this unprecedented time. Many with travel plans either had to cancel or were uncertain if their trip would still be safe, possible, or the right choice. Instead of calling the airline, hotel, restaurant reservations, etc, yourself, with a travel agent, you just need to make that one phone call. Travel agents are your ONE point of contact for you vacation.

Plus reading through all of their stipulations and ever changing rules for rebooking vs cancelations could take hours to understand. There are so many more important things when bad news arrives to focus on than waiting 6+ hours to cancel your flight. We are in contact with the airlines and getting updates daily about change request and cancellation policies. We know if there are perks if you rebook for a later date when things make be looking up.
