I wanted to speak a little today about the process when working with Via Banks Travel! After a few emails back and forth with some questions about your upcoming trip and your dreams for your vacation, I start working on quotes for you that fit into your ideal trip. Sometimes you know exactly what you want to do and where you want to go, and in those situations, you might just receive one quote, or you’ll get two hotel options bust most things are pretty similar. Great!
If you are still on the fence about the type of trip you want to go on, or you only have a general idea, I will work on more than one quote option for you. These quotes work as a starting point for your vacation. Ideally, one speaks to you! I am a believer that if you don’t know what you want to do, toss a coin – you will either be happy about the outcome and you made the right choice, or you will feel a little something in your stomach and you know maybe its best to go with the other option. Hopefully when you receive your quotes, you’ll experience the same thing and you’ll start leaning towards one option or another! I wanted to show you some examples of quotes below for you to see what you’ll receive at first.
From there, whether it be one option or multiple, we will have a conversation about what feels great and what you may want to tweak such as hotel, room category, or adding some activities. As we start getting more details about your trip, the quote will start to fill out with room specifics and cancelation policies, etc. I will revise your quote as many times as you’d like until you feel like the vision for your trip has been able to be transferred onto paper in a bookable real life trip.
